Terms and Conditions
Cancellation within 14 days full refund is acceptable if work has not commenced. Cancellation after 28 days the item is non-refundable. Majority of items are bespoke made and therefor these terms are strict. This does not affect your statutory rights. Deposits are non refundable.
We are unable to offer refunds on personalised, customised or bespoke products, i.e. items that have been engraved, customised, tailor-made or adjusted to meet your specific requirements except where agreed that the product is faulty. Please check that the personalisation that you have given us in your order is correct! If an order has been damaged on delivery or is faulty you must put this in writing to us within 24 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org along with images of the damage / fault. We will pay the cost to deliver the item back to us up to 24 hours after delivery. After 24 hours you will need to pay the cost of returning the item back to us yourself. We will either replace or repair the item and have it delivered back to you within 14 days.
Refunds and cancellation for non-personalised or non-customised items
You have the right to cancel the purchase of non-personalised or non-customised goods without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of 10 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.
If you wish to return the goods, then you must send the goods back to us to our returns address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as is reasonably possible. Once you have notified us that you wish to return the goods, any refund due will be processed as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 10 working days of your cancellation.
Returned items must…
1. be in suitable packaging.
2. be in their original condition, unused and without marks or odours.
3. be returned within 10 working days of receipt.
4. be returned at your cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective).
All returns will be checked prior to a refund being offered, and items not meeting the above criteria will not be refunded. All refunds will be issued to the original purchase method only.
All our items are custom made by ourselves and we estimate a standard lead time of 1-3 weeks depending on the item being made. Public bank holidays may affect this time. If for any reason your order will be late, we will fully advise you and keep you updated.
When you make your order, we will advise you on your delivery time. It is your responsibility to make sure that an item will fit into the chosen room. We are not responsible for taking windows/doors out or making any adjustments to get the item in. The delivery team don’t have the space for storage and so if for any reason an item doesn’t fit it will be left at your property. On delivery it is also your reasonability to check and sign for the item.

We must retain personal data for no longer than is necessary. What is necessary will depend on the circumstances of each case, considering the reasons that the personal data was obtained, but should be determined in a manner consistent with data retention guidelines. Data will be processed and stored when necessary to deliver our services.
Direct marketing material will be sent electronically (e.g. via email) to recipients who have an existing business relationship with JNW Designs, in relation to the services being marketed.
Regular data audits to manage and mitigate risks will inform the data register. This contains information on what data is held, where it is stored, how it is used, who is responsible and any further regulations or retention timescales that may be relevant. JNW Designs will only retain your information for as long as you are a customer.
In order to meet legal or regulatory requirements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or to overall enforce our Terms & Conditions, we may keep hold of some of your information as and where is required. Please contact our Customer Services team if you no longer wish to be a customer.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
